Ingredients
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1 tablespoon ground flaxseeds
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 3/4 cups almond milk
- 2 tablespoon date syrup (optional)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2/3 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
Directions
- Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl
- Stir to mix
- Spoon into two 1-pint jars with lids
- Refrigerate overnight
